Circles in a Rectangle is a textured, layered exploration of symmetry and erosion by Portland artist Jenson Nelson. Dozens of faded orange and blush-toned circles repeat inside a strict rectangular grid—but mayhem peeks through. Scratches, stains, and scattered color interrupts the order.
Built on 100% cotton stretched canvas, this piece is framed in a custom-made solid pine floating frame crafted by Derek Henderson. Warm, imperfect, and quietly mathematical.
